You share your memories and photographs through our questionnaire. We bring them into a magazine, then you review the design before it goes to print. Because a keepsake this personal should feel unmistakably yours.
- Share your story through the private, guided questionnaire.
- A Legacy Counselor is assigned to you within 24–48 hours.
- Review and refine every name, date, photograph and caption — nothing prints without your approval.
- Within 7–10 business days of approval, your Heirloom is printed, finished in gold foil and delivered.
