What is Heirloom Inc.?
Heirloom Inc. creates custom-designed printed keepsake magazines that preserve meaningful photographs, stories and milestones in a beautiful format made to be held, shared and passed down.
What kinds of stories can become a Heirloom magazine?
Heirloom magazines can be created for weddings, anniversaries, new babies, birthdays and milestones, celebrations of life, family history and legacy, family reunions, pet tributes and other meaningful personal stories.
Is my Heirloom magazine digital or printed?
Your finished Heirloom is a professionally printed keepsake magazine. It is designed to become a physical family treasure rather than another memory stored only on a screen.
How do I begin?
Start by completing the Begin Your Heirloom Journey questionnaire. Tell us about your story, choose the collection that interests you and provide the photographs and details you have available.
Do I need to have every photo and detail ready before I start?
No. You can begin your journey with the information you have now. The questionnaire allows you to indicate whether your materials are ready, and your next steps can be confirmed after your submission is reviewed.
What collections are available?
Classic begins with 6 pages, Premium with 10 pages, and Premium Plus with 20 pages. Additional pages can be added, and your final scope is confirmed before production.
How much does a Heirloom magazine cost?
Current starting prices are Classic — $299, Premium — $499, and Premium Plus — $899. These are starting prices; your final quote is confirmed after your project details are reviewed.
Can I choose hardcover or order additional copies?
Yes. Hardcover is available as an upgrade, and additional copies can be included with your original project. Your final quantity, cover choice and quote are confirmed before payment.
Can I add pages or order more copies after my original order?
Yes. Additional pages can be added to your magazine within 6 months after your original order. Additional copies can also be ordered within 6 months after your original order.
What is the Complimentary Design Preview?
When enough photographs and project details are supplied, a complimentary watermarked Design Preview may be prepared so you can see the direction of your Heirloom before moving forward. The preview is not the final keepable magazine.
Will I speak with someone before production begins?
Yes. A Legacy Counselor reviews your submission, confirms the project details and final quote, answers questions and explains the next step. When your submission is complete, contact is generally made within 24–48 hours.
Will I see my magazine before it is printed?
Yes. Your project includes a proof-and-approval stage before the approved final magazine is sent to print.
How long will my complete project take?
Timing depends on your selected collection, the amount of material supplied, the complexity of the story and how quickly approvals are completed. Your expected schedule is confirmed after your submission is reviewed.
How will my finished Heirloom arrive?
Your completed magazine is professionally printed and prepared as a keepsake. Shipping details and any applicable costs are confirmed as part of your project.
Does a Heirloom magazine make a good gift?
Yes. Heirloom magazines are created to be meaningful personal gifts for weddings, anniversaries, parents, grandparents, new families, memorials, reunions and milestone celebrations. Gift certificates are also available.
